BAPHNΩN Distyle temple with scalloped roofing tiles or Holy Mountain in pediment; within, statue of Tyche standing front, head to left, holding rudder in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left. Imhoof-Blumer believed that the pediment on this issue shows scalloped roofing tiles, but von Aulock, who rightly noticed that temple pediments usually do not consist of tiles, suggested that the design might in fact be a representation of a Holy Mountain instead
